NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg begins two-day visit to Skopje


NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg met for a working dinner with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and other leading officials at the start of a two-day visit to Skopje on Wednesday.

Stoltenberg thanked his hosts for the hospitality and highlighted that it is for him a great pleasure to be in Skopje on his first visit as NATO Secretary General,  the Alliance said in a press release.

Tomorrow, Stoltenberg will have meetings with President Gjorge Ivanov, Prime Minister Zaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Dimitrov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Radmila Sekerinska, Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi and other high level officials. He will also address the Parliament and meet with members of the opposition.
