“Trust” hearing adjourned for 20 February


 The hearing in Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) case dubbed Trust, which was set to take place in the Skopje-based Criminal Court on Tuesday, has been adjourned for February 20.

The hearing has been postponed due to the absence of the defense lawyer because of an illness.

Case Trust involves businessman Sead Kocan, two other individuals and three legal entities (Transmet, Sileks and Vato), indicted for falsifying documents and rigging tenders in the Macedonian Power Plants (ELEM) company worth EUR 17 million.
