Dimitrov meets NATO Assistant Secretary General Missiroli


Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia Nikola Dimitrov met today with NATO Assistant Secretary General for Emerging Security Challenges, Antonio Missiroli, currently paying a visit to the country for the meeting dedicated promoting the “Digitalization of the Crisis Management System of the Republic of North Macedonia”, organized by the Crisis Management Center with the support of the NATO Science for Peace and Security Program.

At the meeting Minister Dimitrov and NATO Assistant Secretary General Missiroli discussed the activities of the NATO Science for Peace and Security Program, whose purpose is to support scientific discoveries, technical innovations and knowledge exchange in NATO member states and partner nations.

The opportunities offered by the Program were presented on this occasion which, among other things, provides financial resources, expert advice and support for relevant security activities in the promotion of civil and security practical cooperation that is jointly developed within this program.
