„Trust” trial resumes
Hearing in Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) case “Trust” is scheduled in the Skopje-based Criminal Court on Thursday.
Businessman Sead Kocan, two other individuals and three legal entities (Transmet, Sileks and Vato) are indicted for falsifying documents and rigging tenders in the Macedonian Power Plants (ELEM) company worth EUR 17 million.
The SPO opened the case based on three wiretapped conversations, two of which were not released.
