PM Zaev cancels leaders’ meeting

Meeting of political leaders in North Macedonia cancelled Government in North Macedonia announced today that the meeting which was scheduled to take place during the course of the day had been cancelled due to the absence of the leader of the largest opposition party, VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski.

Government sources declared that they do not concede to ultimatums.The meeting in question was supposed to discuss issues such as Special Prosecutor’s Office, census and the electoral code, but Mickoski had declared that the only thing he would be willing to discuss were snap elections.
