Macedonian PM Zaev to attend EU-Western Balkans meeting in Sofia
Macedonia’s Prime Minister Zoran Zaev is set to attend the EU-Western Balkans meeting, scheduled to take place in Sofia on 1 March, the government said Monday in a press release.
The meeting, which should bring together the Heads of Government of Albania, Bosnia/Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia, will be co-chaired by European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and Boyko Borisov, the Prime Minister of current EU Presidency holder – Bulgaria.
The gathering will tackle the possibilities to speed up the EU integration processes of the Western Balkans countries and advance their inter-connectivity, the press release reads
