Zaev expects enhanced economic cooperation with Greece
Prime Minister Zoran Zaev will travel to Thessaloniki tomorrow to attend this year’s Summit, and will be part of the discussion “Southeast Europe: Regional Cooperation Initiatives and Reforms”.
On the sidelines of the Summit, he will meet with his Greek counterpart Kyriakos Mitsotakis. Zaev says he expects enhanced economic co-operation with Greece.
“I want to share the feeling of satisfaction, how big the interest of Greek companies is, especially for the lower half of the state due to the proximity of transport”, Zaev said.
The Thessaloniki Summit is being held tomorrow under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Greece, Procopius Pavlopoulos.
According to a government statement, Zaev is invited to the summit along with the presidents of the governments of Greece and Bulgaria, Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Boyko Borisov, to take part in the discussion “Southeast Europe: Initiatives for Regional Cooperation and Reforms”, on Thursday evening, November 14.
The Thessaloniki Summit is being held for the fourth time this year, organized by the Federation of Greek Industries (SEV), in partnership with the Confederation of Trade and Entrepreneurship, and the American-Greek Chamber of Commerce.
