Ruskovska: A possible new procedure for ‘April 27’ If there is additional evidence

Public prosecutor Vilma Ruskovska today said that evidence was collected for the individuals who were further mentioned at the trial for the events in the Assembly on April 27, because, as she said, no procedure can be initiated only on the basis of a statement by one defendant. She also emphasized that if there is evidence, there will be no expansion of the procedure, but there may be a completely new one.

– Based on the testimony of the events on April 27, evidence was collected for the persons who were further mentioned, because you know that only on the basis of a statement of one defendant cannot be conducted a procedure. A procedure cannot be conducted, either on the basis of a witness’s statement if there is no material evidence, said Ruskovska answering a reporter’s question before the anti-corruption conference.

She pointed out that there will be no expanding of the procedure, but there may be a completely new procedure.
