Dimitrov-Dendias: Bilateral cooperation in all fields of mutual interest through implementation of the Prespa deal


Bilateral relations, developments in the region and its European perspective following the recent European Council were in the focus of today’s meeting of North Macedonia’s Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov with his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias in Geneva. The meeting took place at the sidelines of the World Economic Forum’s “Strategic Dialogue on the Western Balkans Leaders Summit”.

Dimitrov expressed satisfaction from the cooperation with Greece and the country’s engagement towards the opening of EU accession negotiations with North Macedonia, reads the press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The two ministers agreed on the possibilities for enhancement of the political dialogue and intensification of bilateral cooperation in all fields of mutual interest through further implementation of the Prespa Agreement.
