Austria’s Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs Alexander Schallenberg is set to pay an official visit on Monday.
Schallenberg will meet with his host, Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov before holding a joint press conference in Skopje, the Foreign Ministry said Sunday. Schallenberg will also hold talks with President Stevo Pendarovski, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Deputy PM in charge of European affairs Bujar Osmani.
“The officials at the meetings are expected to share views on the overall bilateral political relations, economic and trade cooperation between North Macedonia and Austria, including the country’s European prospect. Also, views on regional cooperation, developments in Southeast Europe and other topical regional and international issues will be shared,” stated the government press release.
