VMRO-DPMNE demands Foreign Minister Dimitrov to answer questions by MPs

VMRO-DPMNE’s parliamentary group has demanded Macedonia’s Foreign Minister, Nikola Dimitrov to answer MPs’ questions, following a declaration according to which the people of this country were full of “complexities”, made by the minister during a parliamentary committee meeting.

MPs are expected to vote on this motion on January 28. According to VMRO-DPMNE’s lawmakers who signed this motion, minister Dimitrov has been negligent in performing his duty and he has despised the people of his country through his public statements.

This motion comes at a time when the country is expected to hold early elections at the same time as presidential elections.
Nikola Dimitrov is considered to be as one of the potential candidates for this post who will be nominated by the governing coalition.
