The SEC: Turnout by 11 am is 8.03 percent

The voting right in the referendum was used by 8.03% of voters by 11 am, after processing 92.06% of the received data, the State Election Commission (SEC) announced at the today’s second press conference.

So far, seven complaints have been submitted to the SEC, three of which have been rejected, while four have been processed. There is a hotline for reporting irregularities.
