Ristoska: the SPO still exists, I believe there will be a legal solution
The Special Prosecutor’s Office still exists and according to the law on SPO, will continue to exists until September 2020, SPO Prosecutor Lenche Ristoska said today, ahead of the “Thaler” case hearing.
“I believe stakeholders will find a suitable legal solution,” Ristoska said.
Prosecutor Ristoska added that the importance of adopting a public prosecution law has been stressed numerous times.
Ristoska said that SPO will issue Thursday an official statement on the contents of the letter from the Basic Prosecutor’s Office.
“I can’t make any comment at present. My colleagues and I will confer and issue an official statement later today,” said the SPO prosecutor.
