PPO not revealing if La Verità’s video is used as evidence

The Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption investigating the “Racket” case, doesn’t specify if they are aware of the video posted on Thursday by Italian newspaper La Verità or if the video is used as evidence.

“All evidence possessed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office for organized crime and corruption relating to the case of your interest will be presented before a competent court in possible court proceedings in the future. The case is at the investigation stage and evidence is being collected and secured,” said the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

La Verità posted on Thursday an online video of a meeting between “Racket” case suspects Bojan Jovanovski-Boki 13 and Zoran Mileski-Kicheec with businessman Jordan Kamchev.

The video made in February 2019, according to La Verità, shows stacks of euro notes packed in a bag and handwritten details on pieces of paper.

In addition, a conversation can be heard between Jovanovski and Kamchev mentioning a SPO case and Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva.
