Grubi met with Ambassador Thimonier


The European and Euro-Atlantic path of the Republic of Macedonia, the dispute with Athens, the Ohrid Agreement were part of the topics discussed by the President of the Committee on European Affairs, Artan Grubi and French Ambassador Christian Thimonier.

Grubi also addressed the efforts to overcome the differences with the name of the Republic of Greece with the ultimate goal of becoming a member of NATO and the EU.
He expressed satisfaction with the dynamics of the steps towards the final solution of the dispute between Skopje and Athens.
Grubi and Thimonier also exchanged views on the Law on the Use of Languages, and exchanged views on further improvement of the bilateral relations, by strengthening mutual cooperation in various spheres of mutual interest.
