North Macedonia’s Prime Minister Zoran Zaev told Thursday a Q&A session in Parliament that he has reported to the Ministry of Interior a threat posted on social media following today’s press conference with Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn.

“A bullet for you bastard that I will gladly put in your head without even blinking an eye,” PM Zaev read from his phone, in response to a question by VMRO-DPMNE MP Blagica Laskovska that referred to mobbing.

“There are different types of people. But life goes on”, said PM Zaev.

According to him, all people are connected in some way in a small country.

“We can have different political affiliation and we should have. I believe that the country will make it if we look through the lens of friendship, mutual understanding and support,” said Zaev and condemned all threats and mobbing cases on any grounds.

MP Laskoska said there should be no revenge on partisan grounds across the country, especially when it comes to vulnerable categories.
