Клое Жао испиша историја-по 37 години жена освои Златен глобус за режија


САД- Драмата „Земја на номадите“ и сатирата „Борат 2“ вчеравечер ги освоија наградите за најдобри филмови на доделувањето на Златните глобуси. Овојпат, тоа беше претежно виртуелна свеченост, истовремено одржана во Лос Анџелес и Њујорк, под мерките на пандемијата и во знакот на повиците за поголемо почитување на различностите.

Режисерката родена во Кина, Клои Жао ја доби и наградата за најдобар режисер, за филмот „Земја на номадите“ (Nomadland) – драма за американски бездомни преселници погодени од рецесија. Жао е втората жена и прва Азијка што го освоила Златниот глобус во оваа категорија.

Жао стана првата жена што ја добила наградата за најдобар режисер од 1984 година кога Барбара Стрејсенд ја доби за музичката драма „Јентл“.

Авторот на „Борат 2“, Саша Барон Коен е прогласен за најдобар глумец во категоријата комедија, додека пак, Андра Деј ја доби наградата за најдобра актерка за улогата на пејачката Били Холидеј во „САД против Били Холидеј“ (The United States vs. Billie Holliday). Џоди Фостер е наградена за својата споредна улога во филмот „Мавританец“ (The Mauritanian).

Британската драма за кралското семејство „Круна“ (The Crown), комедијата „Шитс Крик“ (Shitt’s Creek) и шаховската минисерија „Движењето на кралицата“ (Queen’s Gambit) ги освоија главните награди во телевизиските категории. Meѓу победниците беа и Ема Корин која ја глуми младата принцеза Дајана, Џош О’Конор, за улогата на принцот Чарлс и Џилијан Андерсон, која ја толкува Маргарет Тачер во серијата „Круна“ на Нетфликс.

Драмата „Менк“, исто така, на Нетфикс – приказна за сценаристот на класиката „Граѓанинот Кејн“, ја почна вечерта со шест номинации, но не освои ниедна од наградите.

Sвездата на „Црниот пантер“ – Чадвик Бозман, за кого не се знаеше дека боледува од рак и чија смрт на 44 години ги шокираше неговите обожаватели, постхумно беше награден за најдобар глумец, за неговата последна улога во џез-драмата „Ма Рејни: Мајка на блузот“ (Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom).

И британските актери Даниел Калуја и Џон Боега, како и анимираниот филм „Соул“ беа меѓу наградените. Џејн Фонда – седумкратна добитничка на Златен глобус, ја доби наградата „Сесил Б. Демил“ за животно дело, а Норман Лир доби награда именувана по легендарната Керол Барнет, за долгата своја телевизиска кариера. Јужнокорејскиот „Минари“ е избран за најдобар неанглиски филм.
