Fetai: Irrespective of the decision who prosecutes them, the cases must be kept alive

“We should see the big picture, not current developments. The important thing is to prevent impunity,” said Fetai.

According to her, whatever the decision on the fate of the SPO, the most important aspect is for its cases to be kept alive.

“Irrespective of the decision who prosecutes the cases, this is much better than the other solution that certain politicians want at this moment – impunity by using legal gaps and abuse of political power,” added Prosecutor Fetai.
