Dzolev: The Court has not received pardoning requests

Regarding media reports on the possible pardoning by President Gjorge Ivanov, judge Dzolev said it is not appropriate for the court to take a stance on an issue in advance.

“The country’s President has the right to pardon and this is a fact. If this decision is made, the court will then carry out the proper assessment,” Dzolev said in a press conference.
