Stoltenberg: Dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is the key to the stability in the region
Nato’s Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg declared today that KFOR offers a safe environment for all communities in Kosovo, including Serbs, and that this mission does everything to support the process for the normalization of relations.
Stoltenberg, who is holding a visit to Serbia, has said that dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is the best platform to find a solution which respects the rights of all communities.
He also added that KFOR has reacted on Saturday September 29th when ROSU units appeared in the Gazivoda Lake.
“KFOR’s mission in Kosovo is to protect all the communities living there, Serbs included. KFOR was carefully monitoring the situation there and sent its forces there”, Stoltenerg said.
