Zaev: Will Mickoski attempt another April 27th?

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said Thursday that VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski is telling international representatives that he is constructive and committed to EU and NATO accession, but yesterday urged for resistance and showed his supporters the path to protest.

“Does this mean they will attempt an April 27 repeat? We will not for allow this to happen. Their actions only inflict damages to Macedonia. When a person has no stance, this damages the smallest political party, let alone a big one. He is jumping from one problem to another, but the worst thing is these problems are damaging for the country. There is an unpleasant feeling when MPs go through dramas because of what he produces. I expect the Ministry of Interior to sanction every threat and intimidation. The agreement and Macedonia’s future are going through hell and this is produced by Mickoski and his party. They not only hold Macedonia back, but affect the entire society,” PM Zaev told reporters.

He said such irresponsible conduct was not expected, adding that everyone should take responsibility for their actions.
