Zaev optimistic about the meeting held in Vienna


Prime Minister  Zoran Zaev says that he’s optimistic that a solution will be found about the name dispute, following the last round of talks held in Vienna between Foreign minister Nikola Dimitrov and his Greek counterpart, Nikos Kotzias, in the presence of the UN envoy, Matthew Nimetz.

“I have had a meeting with Foreign Minister Dimitrov and I can confirm that there are positive moves in this regards. This has been an opportunity to openly discuss about any sensible topics in order to find a solution on the name dispute. I am very optimistic about this meeting that was held in Vienna”, Zaev said.

The Prime Minister also hailed the return of VMRO-DPMNE in Parliament and according to him, the interpellation motion filed about his government is within the rights of the opposition. According to him, the country should engage in political dialogue, in voting laws and that there is no need for early elections. /balkaneu.com/
