Zaev expects step forward in today’s meeting in Vienna


PM Zoran Zaev expects a step forward to be made at today’s meeting in Vienna between Macedonian and Greek foreign ministers Nikola Dimitrov and Nikos Kotzias with the UN mediator Matthew Nimetz.

Zaev believes in two foreign ministers and he is also an optimist, he told reported at presentation of annual employment programme.

“There is progress that gives us a reason to make a step forward at today’s meeting in Vienna. European relations to find solutions through dialogue, sends the message for а good future,” Zaev said.

In regard to the events of 27 April 2017 in Parliament, Zaev said that the lesson we learned is such events not to be repeated again.

“I am confident that the involved persons in violent events will be held responsible and legal system will not fail but will make fair decisions,” Zaev said.

In regard to the government reshuffle, he said that the talks are nearing completion and after May 1 holiday he will announce the decisions in public.
