Sistina sues Boki 13 for unpaid hospital bills
Today’s hearing, in which the private clinic Sistina is demanding 634,251 denars from the defendant in the Racket case, Bojan Jovanovski-Boki 13, has been adjourned after the defendant’s lawyer’s power of attorney has been canceled.
The debt of more than 10,000 euros is based on unpaid surgery at the Sistina clinic, which is owned by the main witness in the Racket case, Orce Kamchev.
The hearing is postponed to December 20th.
Boki 13 has been indicted along with Katica Janeva and Zoran Milevski in the Prosecutor’s Office case called the “Racket” case. Before the Skopje Appellate Court, Jovanovski complained that his life was in danger due to the surgery he had months before in the Sistina clinic. He was also taken to the City Hospital due to stomachaches and vomiting.
