Ruskoska: Zaev was the first to inform us about the “Racket” case

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev was the first to inform me that businessmen had complained of being blackmailed, says Vilma Ruskoska, head of the prosecutor’s office for organized crime and corruption.

“The PM informed me and the Chief Public Prosecutor and said he was prepared to come and press criminal charges on record. However, we advised him that the witness comes to the prosecutor’s office and make the report,” Ruskoska told daily Nezavisen Vesnik.

PM Zaev told a press conference yesterday that businessmen had complained of being blackmailed, saying he reported the claims as any other citizen would do.
