Polish Foreign Minister on an official visit to Macedonia on Monday


Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz will pay an official visit to Macedonia on Monday, in the course of which he will meet with Macedonian counterpart Nikola Dimitrov.

According to the announcement, the ministers Dimitrov and Czaputowicz will open the seventh meeting of the Polish-Macedonian cooperation in the European integration process, the so-called. “Skopje Conference” of civil servants from Macedonia and Poland. It is also planned to greet participants at the round table dedicated to the Think-Tank role in the debate on European integration, which will involve think-tanks from both countries.

“At the meeting, Minister Dimitrov will inform about the activities related to the domestic reform agenda and the development of good neighborly relations in the context of the expected positive movements on the road towards full integration of the Republic of Macedonia into the EU and NATO. At the meeting, the two ministers are expected to exchange views on the possibilities for further enhancement of bilateral relations and cooperation,” the Macedonian Foreign Ministry stated.

It is planned that the ministers lay flowers in front of the Monument of Deported Jews from Macedonia within the commemorative event organized on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the deportation of the Jews from Macedonia.
