No prison time for Jankuloska

Former Interior Minister Gordana Jankuloska will not go to jail July 1 to serve her six-year prison sentence for the “Tank” case. The Supreme Court upheld the request to postpone the prison sentence and sent the decision to the Criminal Court.

The serving of the prison sentence is postponed until the Supreme Court decides upon the submitted requests for extraordinary review of the legally valid verdict.

Jankuloska was initially sentenced to six years in prison for the procurement of the luxury Mercedes, and later the Appellate Court reduced her sentence to four years.
