Mijalkov is waiting on Mickoski to see if he will file a lawsuit

Former director of the UBK, Saso Mijalkov, who was expelled from VMRO-DPMNE, appeared in the courtroom today for the “Titanic 2” case for election irregularities. Mijalkov was not available for statements and said that he had come here for trial and that he would give a statement on another occasion.

Asked whether he would file a lawsuit, as announced by vice-president Aleksandar Nikoloski, Mijalkov replied: “I will wait for the president with a position,” referring to party leader Hristijan Mickoski. He did not want to comment on the letter he sent to Mickoski in which he accused him of fake patriotism and denied that he blackmailed and bribed Members of Parliament to vote on constitutional changes in the Assembly. For these allegations he announced a lawsuit against the party vice president. Mickoski did not come up with a position on Mijalkov’s letter.
