Koumoutsakos: Opposition more concerned after FM Kotzias’ briefing on name talks

We are more concerned after the briefing of Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias on the pace of Athens-Skopje name talks, Giorgos Koumoutsakos, the shadow foreign minister of Greek opposition party ‘New Democracy, said on Thursday.

‘The New Democracy holds to its position that the solution must be complex, comprehensive and final, namely one that will meet the preconditions the party has set at the start and respond properly to the justified sentiment of Greeks. Without such solution, fYRoM will have no chance to join NATO and EU”, Koumoutsakos says.

Today’s Kotzias- Koumoutsakos meeting was part of the Greek FM’s activities to brief the political parties about the name talks progress.
