Greek media: Positive response expected from Zaev
Expecting the Zaev-Tsipras telephone conversation and a positive response from Skopje is in the focus of the Greek media regarding the possible name agreement.
Media report that the Zaev-Tsipras conversation is a matter of hours, while others say it will happen in the coming days.
Athens expects a positive response from Zaev regarding the name use, i.e. the erga omnes aspect.
Regarding the name itself, Greek media say “Republic of Northern Macedonia” has already been agreed, despite no official confirmation from both sides.
