Government calls for dignified settlement of open issues with Greece

Macedonia’s government is committed to building confidence with Greece’s government in favor of dignified settlement of the open issues between the two European neighbors, cabinet officials told MIA regarding yesterday’s protest in Athens.

‘We believe the majority of citizens in both Greece and Macedonia wish for good-neighborly relations, which lead to friendship, stability and economic prosperity of the entire region,’ the officials say.

Macedonia’s government, they say, champions the positions that contribute to advancing the cooperation between the two countries.
