Election turnout reaches 20 percent, lowest turnout in majority Albanian municipalities


According to the SEC, turnout at the presidential elections by 13:00, by more than 75% of the polling stations, was 20.45%, but the difference in voting turnout in the municipalities with the majority Macedonian population, vis-à-vis the municipalities with majority Albanian population, where the turnout is very low.

At SEC’s second press conference, during the voting for president by 13 o’clock, it was said that the voting went peacefully and that only one place in Studenicani was opened, due to the delay of three hours.
