Dzolev: The Court has not received pardoning requests
The court has not received any pardoning requests from any defendant, said Criminal Court president Ivan Dzolev on Thursday.
Regarding media reports on the possible pardoning by President Gjorge Ivanov, judge Dzolev said it is not appropriate for the court to take a stance on an issue in advance.
“The country’s President has the right to pardon and this is a fact. If this decision is made, the court will then carry out the proper assessment,” Dzolev said in a press conference.
