Dimitrov: The Prespa Agreement has removed the obstacles in our relations with Greece

The Prespa Agreement has removed the obstacles in our relations with Greece, building at the same time a bridge to our EU integration. The agreement has achieved something that Schuman, one of the EU founders, would describe as “concrete achievements which first create a de facto solidarity”, said Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov in Graz on Monday.

FM Dimitrov delivered a lecture during his visit, upon an invitation by the University of Graz, referring to the reforms undertaken on the road to EU integration, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.

During the visit, Dimitrov met with Graz University Rector Christa Neuper and held an informal discussion with academicians and businessmen.

FM Dimitrov also met with Barbara Eibinger, adviser on economy, tourism, Europe, science and research in the Steiermark regional government, exchanging opinions on North Macedonia’s European integration and possibilities for concrete projects towards enhancement of cooperation with the Steiermark region, reads the press release.
