Darko Kostadinovski and Osman Kadriu elected constitutional judges


Skopje, 11 January 2018 – The Parliament elected Darko Kostadinovski and Osman Kadriu as new constitutional judges on Thursday.

Kostadinovski and Kadriu replace Natasa Gaber Damjanovska and Gzime Starova, whose terms expired in October 2017.

Darko Kostadinovski holds a PhD in international law from the Skopje-based University Ss.Cyril and Methodius. He comes from the post foreign policy adviser at the President’s Office, where he has been employed since 2001.

Osman Kadriu holds a PhD from the Belgrade University Faculty of Law and comes from the post professor at the Skopje-based Faculty of Law within the FON University. He is a former judge, member of the Judicial Council and lawyer.
