Court rejects Katica Janeva’s appeal
Former SPO head Katica Janeva stays in detention at the Shutka prison, despite the closing of the investigation into the “Racket” case in which she is the third suspect, says the Appellate Court. The Court has rejected the appeal submitted by Janeva’s lawyers on the basis of flight risk.
The Appellate Court has ruled on the appeal after it had been previously rejected by the Criminal Court.
The other two suspects in the “Racket” case are Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13, who is also in detention, and Zoran Mileski – Kicheec, who is in house arrest.
