Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission resigns


The chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission in Macedonia, Igor Tanturovski has announced his resignation today. Two days ago, another member of this commission has resigned.

These resignations follow the decision of the Public Prosecution to launch investigations for abuses with funds by members of this commission.

Department of Taxes says that the members of the commission have submitted fake reports about the expenses that they have made. Meanwhile, other irregularities have also been identified.
