Bulgarian PM Borissov to visit Kosovo


Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, whose country holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, will visit Kosovo tomorrow.

According to the Bulgarian news agency BTA, the purpose of the visit is to consider ways to improve cooperation in the region and to maintain peace and stability in the Balkans.

Borissov will meet with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Natalija Apostolova, who heads the European Union mission to Kosovo. Borisov will be accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Krasimir Karakachanov.
