Anita Angelovska Bezoska elected NBRM governor

The Parliament elected Anita Angelovska Bezoska as new governor of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (NBRM) on Monday.

Angeloska Bezoska was elected by 81 votes in favor, with no against or abstained.

She is the first woman governor of NBRM.

Coming from the post vice governor, Angelovska Bezoska replaces Dimitar Bogov, whose seven-year term expires on May 21.
